What is ADLForms?

ADLForms is an electronic Legal Contracts and Forms service that ADL Software provides to the Real Estate industry in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia. Each state has their own specific forms that comply with current legislation. ADLForms has many features that help save your business time and minimise errors. Features include Templates, Lists, Date Calculation, Automatic Field Formatting, Professional Merge and much more.

All ADL Forms, Agreements and Contracts are legally compliant and enforceable documents prepared by qualified staff in consultation with their legal and professional advisors to ensure compliance with all relevant legislative requirements.

This feature provides a faster and more accurate method of completing forms, directly from the data already stored in Property360’s database, preventing costly errors associated with double handling.

ADLForms automatically checks for updates on a daily basis to ensure the forms you use are always up-to-date with current legislation and form enhancements.

ADL provides for an office:

  • Unlimited Forms Printing
  • Ability to Install on Unlimited Computers
  • Unlimited Telephone Support (normal business hours AEST)
  • Unlimited Automatic Form Updates
  • Unlimited Program Upgrades

At a low annual fee.

I don’t have an ADLForms subscription can I still use Property360?

Yes, you are not required to use ADLForms when using Property360. It is an added optional feature that could save you time. You can still get the most out of Property360 without having to use ADLForms.

Do I need to pay additional fees to have this feature?

Integrating with ADLForms is a base feature of Property360 and does not attract additional fees (it comes standard with Property360). You will, however, need to have a subscription with ADLForms to use ADLForms. Please visit their website for more information.
