There is an error when I try to open the Zip file?

You need to install a good compression software like WinRar or 7-Zip or RAR Extractor and Expander for MAC Apple Users. Files produced from Property360 are often in a compressed format (zip) to view and open these files you will need WinRar. WinRar is free and can be downloaded here if you haven’t already installed it:

How do I copy an existing property and duplicate it?

Sick of entering the same data for similar units all the time? You can simply “clone it”.
Under Add / Edit Property section, click Copy on the property you wish to clone.
Remember to give it a different Reference as well as change the Unit Number.



How come my ABA file didn’t generate when I use the Generate PDF Reports and ABA File?

This is most likely due to the fact you did not enter your Trust Account Details.
To enter or update your Trust Account Details go to Settings > Banking > Trust Account Details



How do I use the ABA file to set up multiple transfers?
Step 1. Select Multiple transfers & BPAY

Any and all information you provide to Property360, data stored on secure servers are treated with the utmost care. We understand that trust is a privilege; that’s why we treat your personal information and your data with high degree of care.

Property360 uses 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL allows sensitive information such as bank details, login credentials, credit card numbers to be transmitted securely. Normally, data sent between browsers and web servers is sent in plain text leaving you vulnerable to eavesdropping. SSL Encryption allows the safe transmission of data giving you peace of mind.

I don’t have an ADLForms subscription can I still use Property360?

Yes, certainly, you are not required to use ADLForms when using Property360. It is an added optional feature that could save you time. You can still get the most out of Property360 without having to use ADLForms.



Can I access Property360 from overseas? How about In China; is it blocked?

You can access Property360 anywhere! We have tested Property360 in China and there isn’t any issues. If you are overseas on a business trip or on a holiday you can still access Property360 and conduct business smooth and efficiently.
