You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorised to operate as a property manager, landlord, or auditor in your nominated state or territory to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Permitted Use

Property360 is provided for lawful property management purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Australian laws or regulations.
• Access, tamper with, or use areas of the Service that you are not authorised to access.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the Service without express written permission.

5. Trust Accounting & Compliance

Property360 is a software tool designed to assist property managers in performing trust accounting functions. You acknowledge that:

• You remain solely responsible for ensuring your trust accounting activities comply with all applicable state and territory legislation, regulations, and professional standards.
• Property360 does not provide legal, financial, or accounting advice.
• You should engage a qualified auditor or accountant for compliance review.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Property360 and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

8. Suspension & Termination

Property360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Property360 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Property360 and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

12. Changes to Terms

Property360 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
