How do I copy an existing property and duplicate it?

Under Add / Edit Property, click Copy on the property you wish to clone. Remember to assign a different Reference number and change the Unit Number on the copy.

My ABA file didn't generate when I used "Generate PDF Reports and ABA File" — why?

This usually means your Trust Account Details haven't been set. Go to Settings → Banking → Trust Account Details and enter or update your details. Try generating again afterwards.

How do I use the ABA file to set up multiple transfers?

Three steps:

Select Multiple transfers & BPAY
Click the More dropdown for Transfer groups & import files
Select and import the ABA file Property360 generated

Bank-specific instructions are available for CBA, Westpac, ANZ and NAB inside the app.

I don't have an ADLForms subscription — can I still use Property360?

Yes, certainly. ADLForms is an optional integration that may save you time on legal forms, but Property360 works perfectly without it. Learn more about the integration.
